How you’ll get your stuff. (And send it back, if you must.)
All Nonsek product is shipped via UPS. During the Check Out process you’ll be asked to select from a variety of UPS options, including Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. Once your order has shipped, UPS will email you your tracking number so you can check directly with them on the status of your shipment.
RETURNSWe want you to love your t-shirt as much as we do! If your Nonsek tee is defective, you may return it for exchange, refund, or credit. Also, since each Nonsek tee is individually created for you, we cannot issue refunds if you have decided you do not like it, or your best friend thinks it makes you look fat. If defective, please refer to the guidelines below to ensure that your return goes smoothly.
Condition. All returns must be in their original condition.We do not accept t-shirts if they have been worn or washed.
Timing. All returns must be postmarked within 72 hours (three calendar days) of receiving your order. If you have any questions on this, please call our toll-free customer service line: 866-521-9511.
Return form. Returns must be accompanied by the return form that was included with your order. Please fill it out accurately and completely, indicating what you are returning, and why, and whether you would like an exchange, refund, or credit. If you can’t find your return form, go to the Contact page, fill out your information and we will email the form to you asap.
Shipping costs. If we’ve sent you the wrong item, or if the shirt is defective, we will reimburse you for the the cost of shipping the shirt back to us. Please return the shirt via regular mail, and include your receipt with the return. We will not reimburse you for express shipping. We also cannot refund the original shipping cost.
Turnaround. Returns can take up to one week to be processed once we receive them. Once your return is processed, we’ll send you a notification email. (Wondering why you haven’t heard from us? Check your spam folder to make sure the notification from Nonsek didn’t get caught in the clutter.)
