Jay Vollmar’s RAD 180!

Jay Vollmar’s poster work for hot acts like Ween, Vampire Weekend, Holy F#*k, Tortoise, Sleepytime Gorilla Museum, Danzig, Raveonettes, Bright Eyes, and The Gossip - well, it’s big and bold and chunky enough to chew with your eyes. And Nonsek has just luanched Jay’s first remix channel, titled RAD 180! Gotta check it!

OK, so this isn’t all that new, but it’s still belly-laugh hilarious and genius remix! Judas Priest and Yo Yo Ma shred! So do Sigur Ros, Led Zeppelin, Slayer, Guns & Roses, Eddie Van Halen, and Nine Inch Nails. Most of this was done by this fella. Ha ha ha ha ha ha!

Check out the brand spankin’ new remix channel at Nonsek by Kansas City artist, illustrator and designer, Tad Carpenter! Tad has created some beautiful stuff for Chronicle Books, Atlantic Records, Simon & Schuster, Hallmark Cards, Kidrobot, Chop Shop Records and Myspace to name a few. We’re silly-happy to have him and his mischievous characters bouncing around inside our Nonsek Machine.
